Paris a la Belle Epoque Annual Gala Dinner @ Ritz Carlton Hotel

Originally, the FCCS Gala was organised to celebrate friendship between France and Singapore. This year, we celebrated Paris à la Belle Epoque… The Gala Dinner brought together no less than 550 of our most eminent Singaporeans and French guests en route for an evening of French Style.
Held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel’s Ballroom on the 26th of May 2012, both the Singaporean and French business communities jointly enjoyed the evening under the patronage of our guests of honor Mr Teo Ser Luck, Minister of State for Trade & Industry, and HE Mr Olivier Caron, Ambassador of France in Singapore. The evening was a fabulous night where the best of Singapore meets the most refined of French creativity. Thanks to Chef Jean-Louis Nomicos, a Michelin-Star Chef, our guests experienced some of the finest French cuisine in Singapore accompanied by most delicate French wines and Champagne.

Dancers, singers, musicians and exceptionally...Miss Coco Chanel herself (actress and stage director Nicole Stinton) brought back to stage the fabulous and glamorous time of the Belle Epoque and the sparkling world of the Moulin Rouge.
